Alice E. Anthony was born Jan. 26, 1862,
near Putneyville, and died Oct. 12, 1915,
in Hornell, N.Y. She is buried in Woodlawn cemetery
at Canisteo, N.Y. She married William A. Wells
June 13, 1888, and two children were born to this
union: Mary and Anthony. Mary married Joseph Fahl,
and now lives in DuBois, Pa. Anthony is married
and now lives in Hornell, N.Y.
Mr. Wells died when these children were
small, and Alice E. married second a Mr. Mitchel.
One child was born of this union, Frances,
who now lives in Pittsburgh.

                                       The following is the family record of william Armon Wells; the
                                       fourth generation of this ancestoral  record, born July 21, 1865,
                                       died December 5, 1897, buried in the Perry Cemetery, Frosburg Pa.
                                       age 31 yrs. 4 months and 16 days. Was the second son of a family
                                       of sixteen; six sons and ten daughters. Who on (blank) married
                                       Alice Emily Anthony, born January 26, 1862, died October 12,
                                       1915 age 53 yrs. 8 months and 16 days, buried in Hillside Cemetery,
                                       the daughter of Robert Miller and Elizabeth Nancy (Calhoun) Anthony
                                       William Armon and Alice Emily (Anothony) Wells, were the parents
                                       of one son and two daughters.

                                 William Armon Wells was the fifth child and second son of Samuel
                                 Wells; Samuel Wells being married twice, William Armon Wells was
                                 the eldest child and the son of the second family of five sons 
                                 and seven daughters of Samuel and Nancy (Wachop) Wells.
                                 William Armon Wells was the Grandson of Peter and Margaret (Pounds)
                                 Wells, and the Great Grandson of Christopher and Ann (Oxworth)
                                 Wells. This record was compiled from the Bible records and other
                                 reliable sources in the year 1963 by John Samuel of this ancestoral

                                 PS. Samuel Wells born October 2, 1836 son of Peter Wells, born June
